  • How do I join the Giant Community?

    Go to the homepage and click Join Us. Follow the instructions. Should you experience any issues please email us: giantsupport@apsintel.com

  • What payment options do I have?

    This is an annual subscription with annual (£239) or monthly payment plan (£35.99) options.

  • Can I pay by bank transfer or invoice?

    No. Membership of the Giant Community is via debit or credit card only. To enquire about a corporate membership account for multiple users, please email us: giantsupport@apsintel.com

  • Where can I find my receipts for payments?

    Click on your account name in the top navigation bar and go to Order history to access your receipts. You will also receive an email receipt for your payment of your annual subscription.

  • Where can I find terms and conditions of membership?

    You can access these in the footer of each page along with our Cookie, Privacy and Community Guidelines (Terms of Use) policies.

  • I would like to sign up a number of my team or colleagues. Is there a corporate membership option?

    The Giant Community will launch a corporate membership early in 2022. Please email us if you would like to hear more: giantsupport@apsintel.com

  • How do I change my payment card details ?

    Click on your account name in the top navigation bar and go to Billing. Update your card details as instructed.

  • How do I renew my membership?

    We will email you when your renewal is due and the date the next payment for your annual subscription will be taken. If you pay monthly you will also receive renewal notification and your payments will continue on the same basis.

  • Which devices and browsers are best to access the Giant Community?

    We recommend using the most up-to-date version of one of the following browsers: Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox / iOS Safari 11 and up (site not optimised for iOS below 11) / Microsoft Edge / Samsung Internet. e-Learning is not optimised for mobile devices.

  • How do I manage my email notifications?

    Login to your Giant account and select Notifications.

  • How do I reset my password?

    You can reset your password from your My Account page.

  • When will I receive my certification of completion for the e-Learning course?

    You will automatically receive an email with your certificate when you complete a course or module. You can also access all your certificates via My Account.

  • Are e-Learning certificates of completion accredited or certified?

    Giant e-Learning is formally CPD accredited by the CPD Standards Office and your certificate will include the accredited logo.

  • Will Live sessions be available to watch on demand?

    Our Live sessions will be available in the archive within 48 hours of streaming, via My Dashboard.
